Place sounds very nice. Well, i can send a resume with all my info, but heres a quick run down.

Degree in Tool and Die from Vincennes University

Degree in Advanced Manufacturing/CNC programming/CAD CAM Design From Vincennes University

Several classes in metallurgy, Gd and T, Math for technicians, cutter design, cutter properties, carbide grades and coatings (Kennametal school), and many more.

3 years experience set-up, programming, machining, and inspecting on CNC mills and lathes. Mostly Haas and Okuma.

Experience with part probing on the machine and on machine inspection probing.

Industry related, I am building a 79 CJ-5 with all the goodies. Most the specs are in my sig, but i have done ALL of the machine and fab work myself. Currently building my own high steer arms with a step up design to clear over leaf springs. Machining to bottom of the arms and tops of the knuckles to accept a key design for more strength.

What hours/pay/benefits do you guys offer?

Thanks for considering the guys on pirate. Look forward to hearing from you.

Definitely a nice clean shop. I am currently attending the Injection Mold program at Vincennes University and am going to be going into the Advanced Manufacturing program next year. Right now i am trying to get my foot in the door to a lifetime career doing cnc programming and operation. I have experience with haas and a few older hurco VMC's, as well as 3 years experience with Mastercam CAD/CAM software.
