does anyone know the dimentions of the pvc inserts,diameter,thickness, I want to get some pvc pipe and cut my own

search, i belive it was 16" pipe and my 8 bolts with boggers used a 7" wide insert but i had the option of 6.9" when i bought them.

yes, pipe is measured id.

pipe of that size is listed in OD,i think it's 14 inch and bigger are OD,look it up.

I think i'm gona just get dean reeds metal inserts anyway,there lighter stronger and easy to install,the reason i wanted to make my own is to put on tires with a different bead thickness,make sets to fit different tires.

dean makes good stuff. he also has different centers and the cheapest price for o-rings.
