Bullhead City Az. help needed

Help... I am looking at buying a '74 K5 that's in Bullhead City Arizona. I am looking into shipping it but I was hoping someone could take a look at it for me before I buy? I refuse to buy something sight unseen. Anyone out there able to help me by looking at it and snapping a few pics?
