Looking to get my welding learn on

I want to take some welding/machining classes, specifically TIG. I am active duty Air Force and am in a job that has a high deployment rate(reads, gone allot). Is there anyone in town that could teach me proper techniques, for a reasonable fee? I've never TIG'd before but I own and use a mig. CSN's class dates are conveniently placed so that I'm gone for a part every semester. Also, I'm not looking for any kind of cert, just for hobby use.
