Pulled from the M4x4a.org website:

Sounds interesting but folks really should have at least a token entry for buyers given what the $ will be used for.

I'd second this. Definitely worth a 3-5 $ entry fee if going to CBU and the like. Maybe put up a "donation" section with a silent auction for the items as a fundraiser for these groups. I'd definitely donate some stuff and get the "other" off-road shop to donate some junk too.

TTT... We are getting close!
I think we will be keeping the free entry for buyers this year. However I'm sure CBU will be excepting donations Our biggest problem in the past is that we haven't been able to get enough people on both sides of the table. We feel that we realy need to make this event as cheep as possible to for both parties inorder to have it take off. After a year or two I'm sure we will be asking for a small gate fee (not that we will be keeping it... everyone agreed that we should keep this event benifiting dedicated land-use orgs)This is a great idea! I'll have to pass it on to Blair.
