Marlin dual case, 4.7 in rear 2.8 in front with twin stick, Longfield output
4:10 gears, Detroit in rear ARB in front
Full tube chassis
5 link in front with air shocks
triangulated 4 link in rear with coilovers
30 spline Longfield birfs
cromo rear axles.

radius arms hangin' on sway a ways, stock 4.0, aw4, 5.0 Atlas, 5.38 stuffed in a 60 with ARB, 14 Bolt outback welded with Alcan springs. wheels a whole lot better with experience behind the wheel!

91 wrangler, stock 4cyl, stock 5spd, tera low 4-1 t case, full size 8.8 in rear, 4.88's welded, full size dana 44 front, 4.88 spooled, y-link front on stock tj coils, dbl tri 4 link rear on stock tj coils. body armor, paint, cage, sliders, 37" bfg's on 17" weld on beadlocks, power tank, yada yada yada.

1983 Nissan Patrol, imported to the USA from Germany in 1987. I bought it 5yrs ago in Bakersfield Cali for $1500....

Stock it was:

SD33 N/A inline-6 diesel
4spd
4.11 in diffs, LSD in rear
leaf springs

Then we dumped the leaf spring suspension and went to 12" Fox air shocks, 35" Creepies. Rebuilt t-case, diffs and rebuilt a Patrol 5spd which got installed. Diffs regeared to 4.65 and ARBs went in....stretched wheelbase from 93" to 106" plus a bunch of other crap.

It went alright like that but still wasn't exactly what I was after. So we fit a set of Portal-Tek G3s, Ballistic 16" coilovers, MasterCraft 3Gs, stretched wheelbase to 113", full hydro steering, 40" Creepies...bla blah blah.

Now it is more along the lines of what I am after! Still a work in progress....coming this year is NV4500, Atlas 4spd (purchased), new diesel that is turbo'ed & supercharged (half built), exo...blah blah blah.

BTW, always up for a bit of offroading with people in my area.

Did cbi do a good job on the rig?They did some work on a cruiser i had, but was a couple of years ago.

the rangley trip is on for the 5th 6th and 7th of june... wyoming will be in the house with 2 f-toys 2 buggies and some other toys. the colorado boys know wyoming is coming down so represent !!!! wyo

So how about grew up in Rawlins but living in Billings MT now? Seems like I spend more time wheeling in Powell then in MT though.
