2010 BFG Outstanding Trails

We all know what BFG does for this program.
Over the years we have had 3 trails in California picked.
Rubicon, Fordyce and Superstition or Black Cat.

I am finishing up the list for nominations for 2010 that I will send off to BFG by weeks end.

I have a pretty good selection of California trails on the list, and others along the west coast area.
I am looking for some trails from back east to add to the list.
If anyone knows of some good trails along the Eastern seaboard, it would be great.

I think a few more in the midwest would be good too.
I would like to have well over 40 trails from across the country for BFG to pick from.

This trail is one of our best technical trails in the area. It can be challenging for some of the well built rigs and can still be done by a somewhat stock 4wd vehicle. The scenery is absolutely some of the best in the state and WR4X4 has been maintaining and working closely with the USFS to keep it available for all to enjoy.

Last year we did a cleanup and blocked some of the ATV routes that were running off the trail and re-routed a section of trail that was causing the shore to erode away.
This year WR4X4 is donating volunteer work and $1000 to the USFS for trail maintenance projects and to replace an old wooden bridge that was closed cutting off a couple of our annual trail runs. This work will begin this summer through til' fall. WR4x4 is very active in our community hosting an annual 4x4 rally 6 years running. I would like to see our trail nominated this year on behalf of WR4X4. Thank you!
