whatever happened to 4x4 fest anyays? I was lookin forward to it last august, but never heard anything about it? btw, i know this is an old old thread

I was one of the 3 guys that originally planned and organized it. Basically, we got the 4x4 Addict members to help out (who are on here), but NOBODY else was willing to help contact sponsors or pick up door prizes which ate up a lot of family time for those who made it happen. I was also told that the land it was held on wasn't available to use either so that was just the last straw. It's too bad it had to end like that because we had built up a lot of good contacts over the 5 years and had a lot or repeat rigs coming back. Maybe some day we can do it again, but it won't be at the same place and it won't happen unless others want to step up and help out.

that blows, i was looking forward to it this year (2013) if it was gonna happen, I really hope i got my sami jacked up by then
