Snow report
Our club had a run Saturday out of Forest Hill above French Meadows Res. We made it up to 6,713 ft elevation before stoping for lunch and turning around. Perhaps 4 feet of snow in spots but generally less.
Cold mornings made for ice and a hard top that didn't do much for traction once you broke through. With all the sun and warm temps it just got wet later in the day. It was still nice to get our first snow run in for 07. Turned out to be a good trip. Passed up one other rig as we were heading out. On top there were a couple of snowmobiles and one bad ass sno-cat
