If your able to ,go to several different club meetings and runs with the clubs. Each has its own quirks and such try not to get a bad impression from one disgruntled exmember and someone that came to two meetings 4 yrs ago.

also know that all the local forests are doing a route inventory and there are maps telling us what trails we can go on now.

Whats up I'm going to Wyotech too, There is some great wheeling up Hwy 50 (Rubicon, Four-dice)I'll be hitting up as many spots as I can this spring/summer. If your starting on April 2nd look for me during the oreintation I'm one of the eagle tech's, My name is Matt. There are some other guys at Wyotech that would be down for a run when things thaw/dry out, we should get something in the works.
Matt

Clubs usually post scheduled runs and most welcome someone to tag along with their group. Spend some time going through the listings of clubs at Cal4wheel and make a few phone calls or show up at a meeting or two.

Granted, not all clubs belong to Cal4wheel but it is a resource available for club listings. Other than that you can dig thorough the threads on Pirate for groups going on runs or look at sig lines for different groups.

Hey there,

I was on here for my boss looking us insurance options for off roaders and read your ad. He is going off roading in Fordyce this weekend. I know they enjoy having other guys on the trail with them. Give me a call if your intrested. Even if you cant make it this weekend, still give me a call so we can get your info and give you a heads up on other off-road adventures. Thanks!!
