Anyone know yota83

His name is Ryan, and lives in or near Eldorado HIlls area.

He owes a buddy of mine a trailer tire and wheel, and I think he still has a key to another friends shop. He is not returning phone calls, or holding up his end of the bargin. Any help would be great before we road trip for collections

Looking at your join date, well, you might be new around here. And since you're from my neck of the woods, I'll be the first to tell you. When it comes to owing someone, for money or (sometimes worse) a favor, the people of the PBB take it very seriously. There is a time and a place for everything. I'm sure that you understand this and I'm also very sure that you won't take offense to this.
Thank you.

Anybody know, or have a picture of what he wheels? I'm sure that at some point, some sort of personal information is going to come out on him.

Dont have any pics. Its a black 83 toyota pick up, was on toy axles and swampers last I saw it. It had no interior of the bed, the sides were welded to box tube off the frame. I doubt its changed condition since I saw it.......not running.

brad,

i posted on the other thread and am now posting here.

as you stated i have made it right with garren but what you forgot to mention was that i have been in contact with him and honest aswell.

i was working out of state and was without my phone. that would be why there was no call back.

the second that i got back into San Jose where my phone was, i called garren and explaned. he seemed fine. i did infact get stabbed While in San Jose on friday night breaking up a knife fight at a local bar called The Final Score.
they are located on Saratoga blvd in San Jose and the bartenders name is Tiffany if you would like to call and conferm my "story".!!!!

as for your key. i am trying to find it as stated many times before.
when i do you will have it.

you need to stop this shit!!! its a lost key for fuck sake!!
get over it and except that ill give it to you when i find it.

you are making me out to be some prick that fucked you over and ran. if i had no intention of making right with garren i would have just told you to pound sand.

you seem to be the one attacking me here. not the other way around.

i never had an arrangement to meet with brad for one and i did not pull a "no show".

this would have been last Saturday. when i call Garren and informed him that i would be coming on Monday due to getting stabbed while helping someone that was attacked by a man with a knife.

i haven't been checking the BB much at all in the past year.

i have a pirate email account and that has been the only thing that i have been looking at. if you would have tried to send me an email i might have replied.
i did in fact log on to get Garrens phone number and call him while all of this BS has been going on. At that time i did see you're PM's saying to get ahold of Garren. I didnt respond to you becuase the issue was between me and Garren.

Mis understanding from nailhead.

You had no reason to talk to me???
Disappearing without a "hey I moved and got a new phone, heres my new number" is pretty much telling me to pound sand.

no its not. that was your take from one side of the story.

i didnt have your number due to a broken phone. i lost more than just your number.

anyway im not willing to sit here and go back and forth with you like this.

i have your number now and Garren has his tire so ill call you when i find the key.

This issue has been resolved but to answer your question, this all happend over a long period of time.

Yes my phone was broken. It locked up on me and i got a replacement. As you might know, if you cant access the old numbers out of your old phone you lose them.
After getting the replacement phone and regaining contact i was working out of state and left the phone at my office as i stated before.
