Hey i am trying to do a one-off borg warner 1350/dana 300 doubler and need a custom intermediate shaft made. I can do the machining but does anyone know where i can get it splined? It would just need to be splined to the dana 300 input shaft. Thanks!

Where are you at?

There is a guy in Petaluma that may be able to spline the shaft for you. Although I don't know how long it will take, he is usally buisy with a lot of work, but that is because he does the best work arround.

The shops name is GB Iron Works, it is on Petaluma Blvd North, just north of Skillman Ln. The guys name is Don.

I haven't worked in the bay area since 03. I have done a few of the outputs you speak of. They are a little spendy to do since you will have to reheat treat them after but they are pretty simple. Give me a call
