Cheap frame work

I've got an 88 Ford Escort enduro car and the front end got a little tweaked in an accident. Its about an inch off. I'm looking for some one in the Bay Area who would be willing to pull it out on the cheap (I'm happy to supply beer as well). Doesn't need to be a perfect job, I imagine a porta power would do it.
