Me and a few buddies are looking at renting a shop in San Leandro. 2,500 SF hooked up with 220. Looking for a 4th to share the rent of $1500 per month to store and work on rigs. Will have a tube bender, two 220V migs and a 220 stick, 60 gallon air, gas ax, cherry picker, welding tables, kegorator, etc. Let me know if you are interested as we already found the place and looking to get into it soon. I don't think that anyone has an issue with using each others tool as long as it you are not abusing shit and replace whatever you used up. Walking distance to Bart which is good and the building is in a dead end street and everything looks very secure.
