This issue has being a priority for the USFS prior to the current administration, and truth be known, usfs policies have not changed much from Bush to Obama.
I welcome your political views here about as much as I welcome someone knocking on my door telling me they have a better religion

I just went to the open house with Greg Walden in Prinveille. The TMP was a hot topic to say the least. In the Deschutes NF, Ochoco NF, and Crooked River National Grasslands there are about 12,000 miles of roads being closed to vehicle use. Camping is being limited everywhere. We are being shut out of our forests. These are "policies" of the forest service TMP. There was no vote in congress or the house. There was little to no public input considered. This is total bullshit. And it is coming to the forest near you soon.
