Start them young..

When my daughter was 4 or 5 she would drive my jeep sitting on my lap. (gravel road between trail, 4 lo and slow) Now she's big enough to reach the pedals so I put her behind the wheel.

Awesome. She doesn't seem to be afraid of the throttle! Good to see more kids getting involved. It's cool that she doesn't get scared driving over bigger rocks; I think most kids do. Brought my younger sister (I think she was 14) to Browns Camp one time, and she refuses to go again

Yeh she wasn't too thrilled about driving but she kinda likes the attention now. A few of her friends would love to drive my rig and mine. Only people who get to drive it are my immediate family. If they break it oh-well, but if someone else breaks it, time to pony up some $$$. So to avoid that I just dont let anyone.

I'm hoping my daughter will want to drive more so I can sit in the passenger seat and have a beer.

Same as my 11yr old son. Started on the lap at three and has been hooked since. He always wants to move any rig in the driveway or drive out on the trail. And yes, I taught him on a clutch. They may not make them anymore but he can drive them!

Vid of him in a friends crawler

Very Cool, My daughter is just about 4 and sits on my lap while we roll in back yard.

I am looking forward to when she can drive my rig.

But did you really call her Lexi poo on camera and them post on the interweb?
