Elbe Hills Run, Sunday, May 18th 2008

Lookin for some folks who are gonna be up at Elbe this Sunday. Im going up in my flatbedded 85 Yota, on 33s, welded rear. If anyone wants to go, hit me up here, or PM me and I will give you my number. I may have a few other guys going...another Yota, stock and a Cornbinder pickup on 40s.

I really wanna make this happen guys, so if you are down let me know so we can get this rolling. We can grill and drink beer at my folks place in Puyallup afterward if ya want. Bring what you want to eat and drink.

Im looking to roll out there around 8am, and spend a good part of the day. Its gonna be nice, lets take advantage of the weather.

Get at me gentleman (and ladies) if you are down.

IAN

We have a small group heading up there around 9am. My Silver TJ, a Black Rubicon, Yellow CJ5, and a White YJ on 60's. The other 3 guys will be on trailers, I'm driving mine over. Probably be running CB channel 5. My name's Myke, see you out there.

Well 3 out of the 4 in my group are coming from up near Silverdale/Bremerton, so we'll be using gas. But I'm the only one not towing my Jeep there.

I met Zach (I think that was his name )at the trailhead. I gave him a ride up Busy Wild, until we hit some guys in Sammys who blew a bead. He got out and walked ahead to meet you. I made it to the bigass mudhole and had to turn around cuz I didnt have a winch, and the dudes in Sammys had a hard time w/ winches, and didnt wanna drag my heavy Yota thru the nasty.

On the way out I got myself a little hung up because I picked the wrong line out, but I made it w/ minimal damage. Replacing a clutch as I type this haha. Passenger door got pushed in a little, but thats about it, besides smoking the clutch. Give Zach my number and have him call me, he lives like 2 miles from me. Im always looking for someone to wrench and wheel with. It would be nice to have an extra set of hands right now.

I saw you guys headed out toward Busy, as I was headed into camp. Too bad we didnt get to wheel together, maybe next time.
