Nice work!
A little F.Y.I. Be careful using those seats. They don't hold-up very well in hard impacts or rolls. I had a set that the threaded inserts pulled through & the seat was loose in the back of the Jeep with me still in it. I started out as the driver.

Got the chassis welded up, installed flex plate and adapter, installed new 2500 rpm stall torque converter, slid motor/trans back in place, got the front struts in place. Went with 16" struts on all 4 corners. Flex the suspension out by charing one side then the other. Mounted most of the body tabs. Painted the lower part of the frame.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm 5'8", buggy is 73" to top of frame, 25" to belly skid, 8" of up travel at all 4 corners. I might drop it down another 2" or so, haven't decided yet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Got the LED light mocked up. Made it removable so it will only be on the buggy when I need it (trips to the sand/etc.) ![]()

Wow! I'm so jealous!
so you should be done in about a week or two! This is an awesome build, and so close to home! Do you have a finish goal in mind? Shake down run for it?

Thanks, The earliest it could possibly be done would be for the Pirates of the South Central Meet-n-Greet in April, but that would really be pushing it. Kind of all depends on how much time I get to work on it... I can't wait!

What did you do to the trans to make it live?
Also are you worried about the 60 rear? Ditch the crap seats, at least where your children are.
