New build 4 seat ZO6 Buggy
This is my first buggy build. Specs: 4 seater, LS6 ZO6 motor, th 350 trans, Atlas 3.8, Shaved 60's front and rear ( dtwilli here on the forum did the axle machine work) 5.13's, detroit, chromo shafts, yukon super joints, 42" pit bulls, aluminum bead locks. Started about 6 weeks ago...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Borrowed my dads buggy for a while and based the main lower part of the chassis off of his. That saved me a ton of homework and time knowing that his geometery is already spot on.

Front 4 link is done. Suspension cycled without any problems
![]() it's a roller... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Still have some tube work to do. Want to change the two bars on the back on this pic so that they meet up correctly with the new tube work in the rear, add and x brace in the middle of the buggy, finish the cage over the rear seats, and some tubing for the dash/ pedal assembly, and firewall. |

Not to many guys build chassis on their own that have nice lines, must say I like the chassis

That's the most impressive first seven posts I've ever seen from a "newbie!!!" Where do you have axcess to a roller to make the sweeping bends.
