Superlift July 3,4
We had a great time. We ran every 5 rated trail we could find. The top of Dozer gave me, Seth and Paul a reason to pull cable. That was the only time all weekend that winches were deployed. Doug's dodge blew a steering hose and caught fire. Only minor damage. Repaired the hose and kept on going. Seth was almost to the top of "Impossible" and his transmission cable burn through. While in reverse. It was a long way to the bottom in reverse. Doug was the only one to make it to the top and he had to work for it. Other wise we did everything we could find. We ran Friday with the NC jeeperz and the Southern High Rollers. There might have been 30 rigs in the whole park. No lines, no waiting. It was great. The rain held off until Saturday night.
