Never ran the WolfPen gap, but we camp not far from it. We tend to stay away from the crowded areas and ride the trails around Caney Creek. Ive heard Wolf Pen was pretty wild tho.

Elkyracer, thanks for the info. I only found out about this area a couple days ago and am trying to find out as much as possible. What type of wheeling is most of the area? ATV, side x side, jeeps, trucks??? I found a couple places on the internet that has cabins and some trail access and are only a couple miles from wolf pen gap. Do u know of some more websites that I can check out from this area?

Joshinator, I am trying to find out what I can but most of what I read is atv and side x side type wheeling in a mountain range type are in Mena, Arkansas. Hopefully there are some truck and jeep type trails also because this would be another good option for our area that wouldn't be more than a day away, probably about 4 hrs for me. It is about 100 miles north of Texarkana.

Its all ATV/dirt bike trails. I ran up there years ago on a Banshee. Not for the faint of heart.

No vehicle trails that i know of.

No vehicle trails, only atv trails. A few guys I used to work with took side by sides, but mostly rode dirt roads and drank. I think wolfpen has marked trails as well. Still easy to get lost up there!
