Anybody been up there? How are the trails? Thinking about going up there but I don't wanna drive that far just to go to some boring place.

If you have 4-wheeler or dirt bike, bring them to. There is a 1 mile mx track. There are enough trails with multiple lines that you can make it easy or hard on a lot of them.

Dirty turtle is ok, but it ain't no harlan. It's pretty small and if you're heavily built nothing hard other then the big banks and a couple hills. check out the videos of tim cameron on the bounty hills. Thats about all there is there. I'm sure its great for dirt bikes quads though

My new rig will be heavily built so guess it would be pretty pointless to drive all the way up there. I've watched his video's before, dude is nut's but I like his driving style lol.

Dtor has a bit of everything

If you didn't find anything hard enough you may want to check it out the weekend of April 14th when Tim Cameron and a bunch of buggies from alabama Tennessee and Arkansas show up for the 3 grand bounties that they couldn't get last time The place has a bit of everything and beats the drive south

yes, Slade Ky. we run there quite abit. DTOR is having a birthday bash party weekend of April 14. Tim Cameron and some other rock jockeys are supoosed to be there for the bounty hill climbs. That would probably be worth checkin out. It aint a bad park, just kinda small and nothing real extreme, imo

Slade is about 2 hours from me so i'd like to check it out. Is it a wildlife preserve; so there isn't any trail maps I guess? Just wondering how difficult it will be to find some fun stuff.

The rock buggies bore me after about 10 minutes of watching them. It's all throttle with the buggies. Point and shoot......

yeah, slade is like the fight club... and we all know what the first rule of the fight club is.

mr. longwood, we need to ride sometime. I ride down there pretty often and am always looking for people to ride with. just had a barnstorming tour two weekends ago..

If you don't know where to go you could drive around down there for days and not find anything. No it's not a wildlife "preserve" some of it is just a forest that is controled by the federal government (which has NO business there)

Yea, I need to get in on this fight club. I figured I might waste my time riding around trying to find something to hit. Been going to Harlan for quite a while but Slade looks like a pretty fun place.

Timmie Cameron isn't gonna be there, and neither are any of the other Tennessee, or Alabama guys.
They have a rock race somewhere else on the same date, that they had already planned to ride.
DTOR is still having the birthday bash, and said that they would reschedule for Tim and the other Tennessee boys and girls to come try the bounty hills at another date.

Fight club, thats a good one and very true. We will probably be out that way after Toyota ride at Harlan. I'm always down for ridin Slade, I know my way around pretty good but have been lost there as well. We can definetly get together and do some riding

lol only thing there to hold up ANYBODY with a RIG is all the stock-mod jeep guys geting out to take pics on weak shits. im not knocking novice wheelers but mall crawling jeeps are all over that place and its not worth this guys time to come all the way up here.
take it as you will, i hope the place makes enough people happy to keep the doors open.....but at $20 a rig and $5-10 a pass. is a FAT streach for a few "bounty" hills that are no more than dozered out creak bluffs.

and P.S. everybody is concerned about fuel cost or this feller wouldnt have asked dip shit!

They're charging per passenger as well? I hate places that do that.
