Camping and Trail riding
Some family and friends are palnning a camping trip to the Cumberland Mountain state park next month. We were also thinking it might be nice to go on a trail ride while we are there. Does anyone know of a place around there? Looking for something fairly easy, in that we will have a broad range of Jeeps with us. Thanks in advance.

I know of a place about 40 miles north of Crossville. The place is called Blackhouse Mountain by the locals...it's located around the Pickett State Park area, right near Jamestown, TN. I've been there countless numbers of times....it's a real good place to ride, it's got easy, smooth trails to all kinds of different obstacles. It's goes from Crossville all the way to Southern Kentucky...it's got great scenery and good camping areas. Overall, I'd say it's over 200 miles of trails...and I'd definitely recommend it.
