The Pre-Registration prices for this year’s event are as follows:



$40.00 per rig…includes (1) one event T-shirt, dash plaque, 4 meals for driver

and 4 meals for one additional rider

$20.00 …………each additional person over 12 years of age (includes 4 meals

per person)

$15.00………….for each additional t-shirt S-L ($18 XL-XXL & $12 Youth)

Pre-Registration Deadline is May 1, 2008. After this date, the price will be $50.00 per rig (to include same as pre-registration package).



Our gates will open at noon on Friday, May 24th. We will be offering several trail rides with varying levels of difficulty for both Saturday and Sunday. Our trail bosses will try to even out the number of rigs per group. We want everyone to have a good time.



We will also provide FREE primitive camping facilities at the fairgrounds like last year. If camping is not your thing, we have several motels located about 10 miles from the fairgrounds in Monteagle. We will be happy to provide you with a number to contact them at.



It is possible that we might also offer additional entertainment. Those details will follow ASAP.



The ladies will be serving Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Brent Mann will be serving his fantastic BBQ pork like last year on Saturday night. And the ladies will be providing some home cooking on Sunday evening.



Pre-Registration is important so that we can offer you the best of everything for the Holiday. We will only be able to accommodate 60 rigs. And as you know, it’s first come- first serve. And because you chose to spend your Holiday weekend with us last year, we are offering you first dibs on a spot this year. Don’t let it pass you by……. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!!!

Were are you going for M-Day were you can ride 3 days, food for two folks get a event tee and dash plack and there will be other things in your preregister bag. There will be a raffel and talk of a live band.

I take it for granted that most folks know us. We are on Monteagle, Mt. off I 24 north of Chatt. Tn. and south of Nashville. In our home town of Tracy City, Tennessee

It's all on privately owned property.

The trail ride sign up is open to the folks that have preregistered. You can log in with the pass word and pick there trail rides for Sat. and Sun. Go to the "Preregisered Tread" put in your pass word to pick your rides.
