Anyone in Columbiana, AL?

I am in search of a common rail for a project build. I live near Seattle, WA and had posted an ad on CL. A lady contacted me and said she had an engine available and this is directly from her: "1,000hp common-rail Cummins engine with dual CP3 injection pumps, an Arc Flow ATS intake, a dry nitrous kit, and a heavily fortified long-block, yes trans available". I'm really interested in the setup but I'm apprehensive about sending money overseas to her husband in the UK who needs the money. She gave me her address and said someone could come take a look at it to verify the legitimacy of the engine. If anyone could help me out, I'd return the favor in some way . She lives in Columbiana, AL. Please PM me ASAP so I can get this figured out. Thanks in advance everyone.

I'm in Calera,Al which is about 10-15 minutes from there. Weird a woman from Columbiana (15 seconds of 45mph driving and your through the town) has a husband in the UK unless its like military or something.
