We started off with like 10 vehicles and ended up with 4

How did he XJ do on Rattle Rock? I ran the little loop at the bottom last time and was all over the driveshaft on every rock.

Now which trails did you use to get to and from 12? and which way did you run it?

Kind of a joke pic, really. I drove to I guess the last 1/4 mark and then turned around and came up. Everybody had headed out for the day, but figured I still had some play left. There was some bumper/pumpkin bashing, but I just took my time and tried not to kamikaze anything. The lower section where I turned around was the toughest part. Closer I got towards the top it was easier....cuz you could actually pick a line.

From the gravel parking lot, we went to 2, then 16(to the end), then headed up the gravel rd(forget which G-number that is), then 13 to 12 then to 10. And coming out from 10 onto the gravel will put you right back out at the end of 16 on that gravel road. Then I just took the gravel road all the way back to the pavement(comes out at the top of Rattle Rock).

Whichever way you run it(12 to 10, 10 to 12), youll have a good cimb out. 10 is a good lil hill section, but running the other way you come down a pretty rocky/steepish hill. Next time I run it, may try it that way.

Just curious if the maps have been updated recently. A group of us take an annual trip up there everyyear and have a cheat sheet that we use showing our favorite jeep spots. This year we will be there in sept. thanks

I'm hoping to be on a shakedown run very soon....sadly, my old green XJ got used and abused a little too much and was too far gone for me to deal with. I'm starting over with a fresh body/drivetrain but with my old axles....with "ton stuff" in the future build.
