Moving to the high desert need a shop

I am moving to the high desert area , Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville. I am looking for a shop to work on my junk. If anyone has any contacts let me know. Looking for minimum of 1500 sq ft to 3500 sq feet with 3 phase power.

Thanks in advance

Whats wrong with the high desert? i'm 45 mins. towing to the hammers. I can drive my crawler out of my shop, go wheeling all day and never hit pavement.
And unlike the o.c. i have room for all my toys on my property and dont have to pay for shop/storage space somewhere else.

Not knocking it just does not seem like the place I wanna Move to if I have a choice. See a lot of repo's and abandon homes out that way. Have frirnds that live there and they wanna move, seems like its getting bad in some parts There are lots of places you could move to with large lots other than High Desert.

You can try to PM the 100dollarman he might know of some spots
He knows everybody out there

Stay clear of victorville for the most part and half of apple valley. Oak hills is nice or somewhere towards the mesa in hesperia we can go wheeling from here and haven't had to shoot at anyone over here yet
There are a few places up for sale with shops too iirc

Do you like neighbors? I dont. Some do. But its a major deciding factor in lookingfor a place.

The desert is great. Depends where you live. Mustard and roqtoy have huge shops and a lot of property. I live on a lake with very little property. But I take my boat out 4 to 5 times a week. I am one of the few people who can wheel the hammers then come home and go wake boarding.
I have lived in Orange county and Hawaii, there are repos and shitty areas everywhere. The high desert gets a bad reputation but it isnt any worse than other places I have lived. Once you find the nice areas here you can fall in love with the place. The weather is great.

i moved here for a good job opportunity about 5 years ago, met my wife there and kind of got stuck. i hated it at first but it has slowly grown on me. There so much to do withing two hours and having the hammers 1 hour driveway to lakebed is tough to beat.

we live on the mesa in hesperia and enjoy it there. were almost in our dream home now and could never afford it in most the places i would move to.

The hi desert is the only place in so cal I would live, driveway to the turnoff on Boone rd is 20 minutes, I live in Yucca Valley and havent had to shoot any body lately, I live on 2.5 acres just out of town, no traffic, no gridlock, no neighbors close, beautiful views, beach 2hrs, river 2hrs, mts 45min, you can keep your housing tracts and city life

There's a few trails comparable to cougar buttes and a bar within a few miles of my house. If you don't like those things go to the beach

Alright so imho I live in apple valley which is prolly the only place (besides oak hills) that I would live. For a shop area in av would prolly be off powhatan I'm sure I spelt that wrong or in between navajo and central is prolly where your gonna find your shops in av. There's quite a bit of shops in that area they don't get hassles to much but yeah there's some def spots in av I would not live like rancherias to del Evans is bad and navajo to kiowa from 18 to bear valley. That section is shady. But I live off central and bear valley and I absolutely love it ride my bike or wheeler from my drive way and hit trails in a matter of a min lol . As for shops else where victorville would be a Hell no unless you like your shit stolen. Hesperia has its bad parts like victorville but its real nice parts like pretty much all of the mesa its real nice up there. Shops over there would prolly be like around I ave and Santa fee road area there's really big shops. I know of one place that had decent space and that's off I ave and eucaliptis ( where the 76 is) turn going towards the rail road tracks and on the right you will see a tan colored buildings on your right just past terrys cable there's a fab shop in there also

Edit: or if you own your own house just put one of the sheet metal buildings up
