Lockwood/Miller/Gorman --- Monday 5/28

Going on the fact the the forest usually opens that weekend, I've got a small group of people interested in running the trail. The plan so far is early day atthetrail head--8ish, run the trail with minimal stopping, no lunch or anything, we'd be hoping to get through in a couple hours. Then have the day to goof off in gorman.

Any interest?

I got mondays off and have not run that trail yet.

Definitely want to confirm trail will be open as I'm traveling from Orange county and would be bored with just gorman

I agree with Miller being boring, I would normally steer clear of it. But this is more of a trip to take some people that have never seen it and to let them play around in the 4x area in Hungry Valley, plus I've got the day off some I had to find something to do

Where are you guys meeting? Maybe I'll bring my Dodge? I haven't driven it in a while and it will give me a break off of my blazer.

Edit: Where is the trailhead?

We will be leaving Flying J in Frazier Park at 9am, so plan to get there to allow yourself enough time for getting fuel, food, etc so everyone's ready to head out by 9. If you miss us at Flying J come straight to the trailhead and catch us there.

There should not be traffic, just give yourself extra time the Grapevine is a tough grade to pull
