Looks like I'll be wheeling Loveshackled's Toy. She heads to CO in the AM & my Bronco won't be here in time.

Also bringing my BroInLaw in his Ranger.

We'll see whoever shows up at my house & then meet the rest at the trailhead. We both have legality issues.

If anybody is up early & wants to stop by, text me at Nine 70 Nine 03 4Nine75 for address. Basically, I'm behind the Circle K between Division and Greenway on Big Bear Blvd. Trying to tag along, at least until 1 or so. I'll be in Loveshackled's exo'd Toy & Bryan will be in the Ranger.

A great time was had.

Ended up with 4 rigs off Pirate, plus a Pirate lurker jeep (Big Bear Local, Steve), plus my BIL with his prerunner-style Ranger. Broke hubs on 2 rigs, plus minor damage on a couple, but we had fun, it was gorgeous, and everybody made it out safe.

Props to Dr. Smash. His '81 Toyota we bought for Loveshackled was perfect and enthusiastically climbed everything I pointed it at without a hint of issue.

A couple pics to follow. BIL's racing buddy, Ernie, took a bunch more shots and hopefully I can get them to share.

I didn't notice until late in the day that your rig has a LOT of lights on the front lol.

Good to meet everyone, felt good to get back on the trails again.
It was nice having the trails wet in areas to keep the dust down and the temps couldn't have been better. I'm surprised it wasn't more crowded than it was.

Dave

Since I brought a SD card with me, I'll get all the pics Ernie took uploaded to photobaucket by morning.

I'm fat with homemade ranch dipped chicken fingers now, moving slow.
