I would love to see the HAMMERS as I here it is a good spot to wheel.
We are also going to Cortez for the XRRA on the 4th of August is this just a one day event or do they run over the week end.

I'd say about 2 hours from the O.C. Some people that are going are about 1/2 hour east of Orange County. Keep in touch on this thread, if you want to go I'm sure we can get you a seat

Alright, its getting to that time of the year where some of us run out to the Hammers and wheel all night long. The weekend of the 28th and 29th of July has a full moon, and its nice because it lights up the valley all night long. Well most of the night. I'm in Orange County. it takes me 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get to the lakebed, but thats not hurrying, with stopping for gas and food.

I am planning on going to the night run, if i stop messing around and get my rig back together.

If I go, you can follow me up there and I should have an empty seat. my buddy is also supposed to come up if his rig is done.

me and some heads ran sledge last friday, it was warm, even @ 3am. but was a blast. we hit the trail @ about 10pm and were loading up @ about 530am.

im looking forward to going again for this run.
any trails planned out?

1st Dust Motorsports and the Dust Junkies crew will be out pre running for the Aug 11th MDR night race in Lucurne Keep an eye out on your trip over to Wrecking ball for pre runners I suspect that there may be a few of us out there pre running Sat night/Sunday morning.
