Anyone up for a 9:00 am run down, then up Bronco peak on the 12th of April???

I might be game. 12th is a bit away from now. I'm interest in your PolyP's. I was checking them out at the TDS Desert Safari. How did you come up with what lenght to run?

Not sure what you are exactly talking about? Are you talking about the coilovers or the long arm suspension? If it is the coilovers, I picked a length for the ride hieght I was looking for and then built around that. I was looking to stay low on 37" tires and I did pretty well. I am about 19" to the flat skid and a wheel base of 103"

I've got a 5.5" long arm kit from RK. I'm moving up to 37 from 35. I've been interest in going to coil over. What are the limits of using coil overs vs coils. I scored a 85/93x1000=913.9 on the RTI ramp with stock wheel base 93. Were you able to compare the two?

Your questions has a lot of answers to it! There are a lot of pros and cons of both it all depends on what you want. The reason why I did coilovers was the adjustablity of the suspension. It is easier to change springs rates and valving of the coilover to get the perfect set up. I can say that the articulation is great, almost to much at times.

Not sure what you mean my compare the two? I had a RE 3.5 short arm kit with 33" tires and then went to the long arm on 37" tires with 14" coilovers. I have never used a RTI ramp to see what the results are, only real world terrain!

I'm currently on 35" and thinking of going to 37" MTR's with stock wheelbase.

I might be down for a small day trip. I was thinking maybe do Sidewinder and then do Bronco down hill. That would be a good day trip. Going down hill is pretty quick. Sidewinder has some fun stuff to do also. Keep in touch

Hello Boys....sorry for the late response to this thread. Just got back from a week of wheeling in Moab.

Put me down for a maybe for this run.

I am up in the air on going over to Havasu for the Sidewinders Jeep Safari that weekend but If not then I am in for this run.

Big Red, full size trucks don't fit very well on that trail. but if you have rear locker and don't mind body damage you should make it. I'm in an unlocked dinosaur and most people say you have to have lockers to do the connecter but I ain't scared. I've done it several times both ways without too much damage and only used my winch one time. Hope to see you all there.

I am planning on it but have to wait till the last minute to make sure my daughter can go after a surgery. Should be good to go I am pretty sure though.
