Most welding supply shops should be able to fill your tank... assuming you have a tank to fill.

Camburg is in HB, i'd try them first...Mckenzies in Anaheim may or may not fill shocks...Kartek in Corona will fill them for $15 dollars if you feel like driving out there. I'd fill them for you if I was closer...good luck.
