Engine Hoist Rental in the OC

Does anyone know somewhere in Orange County (Tustin/Irvine Area) that I could rent an engine hoist? I bought a used 4.0 block to build a stroker for my XJ but I need to get it in the air so I can bolt it to the engine stand.

Thanks,
John

Yea, I have looked at the harbor freight one but that is like 15% of my engine build budget! Hopefully I can find an equipment rental place somewhere that does it.

No truck unfotunetely, just the jeep. I only need it for like an hour really, just to get the engine on the stand. The build will probably take at least 6 months as I only plan to buy pieces as I can afford them.

Alright, I found a place. United Rentals in Santa Ana has one for 33 bucks a day. Beats buying one for 150 and using it twice

Ya but that $33 will be $66+ tax when you factor in that you'll be sing it to install your engine. You could always sell it afterwards or pimp it out. If you're tight on dough I get it too...I'm there too.
