Definitely no seat belt. As they are tending to him pretty far from his vehicle in the photos.
Man, I even have a harness on my dog now days. I hope the tragedy turns positive as in someone sees this & starts wearing seat belts all the time.

Looks to me like 2N33. Either way, it is very sad to hear that someone has died doing what we all love to do. Seatbelts or harnesses should always be worn. Sucks either way

That's sad this happened for the loss of a life and the pain it will bring to his family and friends. We need to see that seats belts have a major value and need to be used... I think this is on Cleghorn but not 100%?

kinda weird, that helicopter flew right over my house, i thought he was going to the valley to see if anyone was riding dirtbikes in the closed area, not going to land at this type of scene

I'm guessing this is same steep decent that I've rolled over on before, luckly I just layed it over at the top. Nothing moved in the truck because everything was tied down. I thought they closed down that section however.
