Moab question

If a guy with a built rig were to roll into Moab completely solo having never been there next Monday would there be enough people there to find a group and tag along? I am heading to Sand Hollow on Thursday, planning on staying there until Monday. I'm thinking of rolling over to Moab since I'm 10 hours from home and only 3 from Moab. My buddy cant take the whole week off so I would be solo in Moab. Long story short, if I were to roll into Moab for a week starting Monday would there be enough traffic to tag along with a group?

There's always people meeting at city market and Mc Donald's. We will be in sand hollow this weekend also through Wednesday. I have a green cj buggy, be camped in the sand pit area.

Sweet! I'll be rolling in tomorrow to Sand Hollow. I have a green YJ on tons and 42's. I am staying in a hotel though as I didn't know how the camping is.

So the plan has been set now, I am in Sand Hollow tomorrow through Monday, then Moab Monday through Thursday, next is Farmington from Thursday to Sunday, if myself and the rig aren't beat down I'll stopping to hit the Hammers on the way home from Sunday to Tuesday! Wish me luck, if you see a silver GMC dragging a green YJ, I'll be looking for people to wheel with as I'll be solo once I leave Sand Hollow!

I went last Sept solo about half the trails I ran were solo. The rest we met people along the way.

Speaking of Moab, I haven't been there in six or so years. Where's a good campground with at least showers? We'll just be driving vehicles this time(no towing) so it'll be tents. Gonna spend a night here or there between runs on White Rim, Lockhart Basin, and general exploring.

Try Ray's Pack Creek Campground. They have some good tent sites over a hill down by the creek away from the RVs...
