1972 Bronco **Early Bronco**

Two Broncos in a combo - SEE THE END OF THIS POST FOR INFO ON THE 1967 TOO!

1972 FORD BRONCO!!

Link to Craigslist Ad, not wanting to split up if possible. http://eastidaho.craigslist.org/cto/4086793340.html Will split if the 72' goes first!

Over $30000 invested.

Located in Idaho Falls, ID

$6800 or possible trade for nice driver/crawler winter friendly that seats at least 5.

Here are the specs:

1972

302 Bored .30 over -- Total Rebuild by D&T Auto, Rexburg, ID (Troys Machine) 6 years ago, very low miles always towed to the trails since then. Auxiliary fan on radiator to keep it cool.

C4 Transmission rebuilt 4 years ago by Cottman in Placerville, CA auxiliary cooler and fan with gauge. It also has a B&M shifter.

Dana 20 transfer case with Terralow gears (3.15:1) and has been converted to allow 2-low with the twin stick. Very good crawl ratio with the automatic. (from old Mt. Logan)

Front Axle -- EB Dana 44 5.13 gears, aussie locker, Chromoly axle shafts (Yukon), Warn Premium hubs (6 months) and Longfield joints, disk brakes.

Rear axle -- EB ford 9" chromoly 28 spline shafts, Detroit Locker 5.13 gears, big bearing model.

James Duff extreme travel 3.5" lift kit with lift springs (no blocks) Double shocks all around.

2" body lift (for clearance of components)

Power breaks -- good aftermarket kit

Power steering with Rocklogic hydraulic assist kit, CBI Steering mounts.

Full 6 point roll cage

Rock sliders attached to frame and body which eliminated 4" of body for clearance

Front Bumper is a modified James Duff pre-runner bumper.

T-Max 10K winch in good working condition with cable.

Corbeau front (3 years old) and rear (brand new, not mounted yet) suspension seats. Front seats have 4 point harnesses with only lap belts installed. (full harnesses included) Driver seat is on sliders. Will seat 4 people comfortably!

CB installed and working.

38.5 Super Swamper SX's on 2.5" backspaced black powder coated wheels. (this gives it a good stance) Tires are well used on the trail but have lots of tread left.

Hard top and doors included. Doors will fit but are tight and need some tlc on the passenger side latch.

It has an aluminum sheet on the top when the hard top is off.

Optima Red Top Battery

Trails it has completed:

Montrose trails including Die Tryin', Calamity and more only casualty was a starter.
Kong (my favorite trail ever), Hal Johns Trails in South Dakota (the hard sections) many more, weeklong trip no problems.
The Rubicon and Barrett Jeep Trail in California
Hammers in California including Sledge, Jackhammer, Jack North, Spooner, Clawhammer. I ran it all week and had no problems.
Moab -- Hells Revenge, Metal Masher, Pritchett (minus the big climb near the end), Triple threat, Golden Spike, Rusty Nail, lots more
BFE -- Pickle, Lockjaw, more I can't recall the names of.
Southern Utah -- St. George trails, Sand Hollow trails
Idaho -- Falling Rock, Shelley Loops, Blacks Canyon, Two Headed Dragon, Carnage Canyon, lots more

This one has some body damage but I have the doors and top for it which are not shown in photos.

It is a crawler - It has a couple of leaks and dents but wheels great!

I ALSO HAVE A 1967 BODY, TUB, FRONT CLIP (MINUS GRILL) AND ADDITIONAL HARD TOP. THIS ONE IS VERY RUST FREE AND A GREAT DONOR IF YOU WANT TO DO A RESTORATION!!

At this time I want to sell them together for $7500 if possible.

I don't check this regularly but would like to answer questions, please call me

Scott 208-five eight 9 . 4856

Pics are in the craigslist ad above or I can email them.

Pics sent to the above individuals.

I also have a 1967 Rolling Chassis that has a very rust free tub, fenders, front clip and axles. Also a pile of parts too. If you buy both rigs at $7500 all the parts will go with them and you will have a great restoration option.

Thanks,

scott

sorry for the delay, I sent pics to two more of you!

This is a killer deal with the parts, running, wheeling rig and a very hard to find great replacement body!

There is no way to build something like this for a quarter of the asking price.
