Custom Built Camper (Fully Insulated).

$800.00 OBO

The camper really is great. It’s comfortable to hang out in and has loads of storage space.

The camper has a 7ft. ceiling, there’s about 4ft. of headroom above the main bed (over the cab

Comforts and Amenities: Propane heater with thermostat.Fully screened windows and the door. .
Three roof vents.

Four-burner propane stove.
Propane fridge with freezer. Propane is two 20lb BB-Q style propane tanks
Plumbing, There’s a 20-gallon fresh water tank. With gray water holding tank
All Plumbing has been replaced recently with a new pump.

The seat cushions and bed foam are in great shape. The Main bed measures 75” x “60 inches long.

24”x”24x 4’ closet
There a lot of storage under the seats in the eating area with a nice tables that folds away to also convert into a second bed.

Electricity and batteries:
The camper has been rewired for both 12v. And 120v. With main fuse/ distribution box. There’s a small AC electrical system as well (with breakers) Although the camper is about 20yrs. old. It has been well taken care of and I feel it will be around a long time to come.

The sleeping area can be closed off from the dining area by a sliding curtain.

i just bought a 77 camper special with the intent to buy one of those pop up cab overs. but 800 bucks sounds like a good deal?

i'm mainley looking fo one with a fridge, heater, stove top, and the rest of the normal stuff. no need for a pottey or shower. just want to get out of the elements when i go dirt bike riding.

glen ellen? is that in southern ca.?

edit: does it have camper jacks?
