FOR SALE!!!! 1989 Land Rover Range Rover Classic (OFF-ROAD READY)
PRICE DROPPED $8500!!
If you’re looking for a unique off-road vehicle that will absolutely go anywhere yet still can be driven as an everyday vehicle, here is your truck. This is a 1989 Land Rover Range Rover Classic. It has been meticulously built (as a go anywhere vehicle) for the past eleven years by my own bare hands and through every step of its formation has had the best service and upgrading a car could ask for. I have become a Land Rover enthusiast and learned this vehicle from top to bottom. I like Land Rovers so much I even bought another 1995 Range Rover Classic to play with as well. As I built this ORV I designed a vehicle that is not like any other and will stand out in a crowd no matter what. I installed the best of the best in service and parts on this vehicle. Words can’t even explain how many hours have gone into this vehicle to get it to the point that it is now. It has been my hobby and my pride and joy and I hate to see it go. However, whoever decides to take this vehicle on will get the best looking well thought out Range Rover in the US.

For anyone who has dealt with automotive service centers, they know that when they take a part off to replace or diagnose a problem, the service crew does not take the time to clean internal or external components of parts. They fix only the part that was broken even it is means putting it back with other dirty parts around it. This was the reason I chose to install and service every part on this vehicle. From taking the engine apart to dismantling the dashboard to fix heater core, every part was cleaned and adjusted before refitting all components. So after each project the parts were at new condition when refitted to the vehicle.
This truck will go anywhere the heart desires. With a suspension system with 14” of travel, a large boulder is no match for this machine. The truck can cross nearly any obstacle. And even if an obstacle causes problems or the truck gets stuck, NOTHING is a match for the 12,000 lb winch. Four wheeling at night is not a problem at all either. With 4 sets of lights facing in every direction and the roof rack pre-wired for more lights, this truck lights up like a landing strip in the night. People can see you coming for miles. If a camping trip is your desire, just load up the truck and go. You can take it as far off of the normal path where no one is within miles. And even while you are that far away from civilization, the truck has a built in 350 watt power inverter. It can power a TV, microwave, spot lights, blender etc. just like a normal house outlet. This even comes in handy for concerts where tailgating is a must.
This is not a vehicle for everyone. I will use judgment when selling this vehicle to its new owner. I have put so much blood, sweat, and tears that I will make sure the new owner will take the same care of it.
I am pricing this vehicle to sell. At a price of $8,500 this vehicle will not be around for long. This description only says about a ¼ of the information that really needs to be explained about this truck. Please feel free to call me with any questions or for further information.

There's also a folder full of receipts about as thick as a dictionary with all of the parts that have been replaced in the 11 years that i have owned the vehicle. If i had to guess, and it makes me sick to think about it, this truck probably has about $30,000 worth into it.

Hey Guys sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
It does not have lockers. I have been working on this project for 12 years and have been getting it all fix up to be able to go anywhere. My last step was to install D60 axles front (full hydro) and rear with ARBs, rear tire carrier, and rock sliders when i decided i just dont have time for it anymore and am getting ready to buy a house. I even had all of the brackets designed and cut and even had the rear bumper and sliders designed.
So that is all that needs to be done to it.
Its a great truck and has had somewhere in the neighborhood of $25k put into it.
It would make a great truck for someone who wants to just finish the project.
Thanks and feel free to ask any questions.
