1979 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 LS-6 454 BB

This Pickup is a one of a kind and I hate to see it go but... its got to

Anyways, Yes it has a true LS-6 454 big block , bought from Scoggin-Dickey in Lubbock, TX. Same one in the Chevelle they made for ONE YEAR. It runs amazing! It has the true American sound that make everyone spooge on ur tire and a wet spot in ur seat! I can beat a Z-28 off the line. 5 wheels and tires off a Hummer H2 with LOTS of tread left. Dana 44 in the front with a locker (which needs a Left outer Stub shaft) and a 14 bolt in the rear. Turbo 350 transmission and the reliable NP 205 transfer case. This thing is built for highway and the trails, but obviously is not a crawler. 4" body lift and a 4" suspension lift. I have some newer style GMC seats in the front. A body bushing set that has never been installed and lots of other parts laying around for the pickup. Tranny does leak but the thing runs! I have rebuilt almost every piece on the chassis such as front brakes, rear brakes, tie rod ends, exhaust, etc. The pickup has been in the family since it was built. Has been from Montana to old Mexico... Never been abused and only been fed synthetic oils and premium gas with octane booster (which it has to have for the high compression, last leaded gas motor GM built).

Some trades would be considered such as RZR parts, guns (AR-15, HK, Glocks...), ATV's, and mainly cash. I do not want another project at the moment.... I have too many already. I need more storage space!

Somebody buy this thing before I change my mind... $4200 obo Oklahoma City area

bout 20,000 miles since last rebuild. The motor is from 1970 bought in 1980 and has only been rebuilt twice... I am not entirely sure but I know there was less than 5000 built how many are left on the road????

New HEI distributor, and a Holley 750 double pumper carb for better fuel economy. I had a 900 on it but the 5 mpg just didn't cut it but to get the full 450 HP/ 500 torque u gotta have atleast the 900 or larger obviously...

I am extreamly interested in the truck, BUT I need to wait about a month for the money to come through. Tax refund. If you still have it then consider it sold.
