35 spline pinioned Dana 70 gears

How about you guys build some 35 spline pinioned Dana 70 LP gears. For those of us that have the Chevy/Dodge front LP Dana60's. So we can run a strong front axle with the Jana76 kit.

I can’t see us ever making 35 spline pinion Dana 70 gears. In order to keep the selling price down we would need to design/cut 200-300 of any gear set. We did a 35 spline pinion version of the Dana 60 gear sets a few years ago and they didn’t exactly fly off the shelf. It’s tough because while it would be beneficial for some guys, it really is a niche within a niche market

Not really especially with the Jana76 Kits. I run a 70 LP gear set in my Chevy front 60 and I'm looking at how I can make it stronger, if it were to ever break. My point is there is a lot of Chevy/Dodge front king pin 60's out there. They all run on the coast side and have a tiny 29 spline pinion. Even after the upgrade to the 70 gears they still share the same pinion splines. So a 35 spline pinion would be the ultimate front LP 60.
