Grizzly Locker sounds loud
I have a grizzly in my front D60 and when in 4wd I notice a good bit of chatter/popping coming from the front end. I know how this locker is supposed to work, so figured it would give me some feedback in the way of this. I am just wondering if it is very common at speeds for this to happen regularly? I have always ran a selectable lockers so this is a little new to me. Out of 4wd this doesn't seem to happen and I have no feedback from it even with it having slugs.
Any help would be great, and I just want to make sure there wasn't another issue as the whole buggy along with front axle is new. Chris

What gear oil are you running? They dont say but I always like running 85-140w with lockers.

Off the top of my head, I cannot remember but it's something around the same weight as what you run. The locker and obviously fluid is new, so I was unsure if there a break in time or anything. Again, it doesn't make any noise in RWD even with the slugs, only when in 4WD and at speeds. Crawling there is not a single sound that I can hear.
