The Rubicon gets some needed attention.
6/7/03

The base of Walker Hill was in need of repairs due to water runoff and erosion. So Friends of the Rubicon (FOTR) was called into action to do some maintenance. The FOTR gang went to work first by diverting the runoff back to the creekbed where it belongs. Once the water was diverted, they began work on repairing the badly eroded trail. As you can see from the photos, everyone worked very hard to get the job done. In the end, the trail never looked so good, and should stay that way for winters to come! A great job once again by FOTR!
