teams in one final course to determine a winner

Results: Posted within 10 minutes of the
end of competition.
Awards ceremony: Within 10 minutes after
end of competition.
Directions: 1/2 mile north of US60 from Globe,
Spectator parking at the Drive-In Movie Theatre, no parking
will be allowed on US60

the competition site for practice. Teams primped
and primed there rigs getting ready for the weekend of
crawling. One of Dave Cole's team was checking their
diffs and noticed the case coming part on his front
Detroit locker. It took most of the afternoon and lot of
help but he was able to remove the locker and weld up
case to keep it from coming apart. 
Some
of the drivers brought their rings to downtown Globe for
registration and check in. A few of them drove their
rigs right through town, about 5 miles from the event
site. The site of driving rock buggies down the streets
is nothing new to Arizona residents. In this state you
can registered and drive just about anything.
