I'm converting the front hubs to 5 on 5.5 from 8-lug.

Got these sweet custom hubs, they use stock Ford bearings and 1/2-ton brakes. I had them machined for 9/16" studs.

Got some Reid Racing knuckles as well. These are great quality. I'm rebuilding the king pins while its all apart.

We figured out the rear frame section this weekend. Thanks to the band saw and some strategically sheared 1/8" cold rolled strips the pieces came together cleanly. I am sick of hole sawing

Rails were assembled on a flat table. TRD laying down some clean TIG welds...



Built another to match and burned them in.

We are very close to having a rolling chassis.
