Limited amount of time and on loose offroad surfaces also. At full droop your traction to that tire is limited anyway (not much weight on it - vehicle momentum is travelling upward making the tire load lighter) and at full bump a little extra understeer may be a good thing for the opposite reason. (last responded to this thread about 4 years ago I think )
