I would do the single high steer arm for drag link only, leave the tie rod where it is. I ran a YJ with stock axles and steering on spring over. With the drag link having a pretty steep angle, it had very noticeable bump steer.

Run a stock replacement clutch, no need for fancy schmancy if you're geared right.
