Could very well be a warped cover from welding. It appears nice and tight but that's eyeball'n it. The cover is suppose to be extra thick to handle the load and the mount is tied into the top of the diff housing for reinforcement so it appears very strong.. something's not right tho. I look forward to sharing my solution with everyone.
