M100 trailer fender on a M38/CJ3 question?
Last thing I need to do to make my M38 street legal is some kind of rear fender. For looks and simplicity I wanted to go the route of the old farm Jeep Dullly fenders. But I have yet to find one. But I was told that they simply used surplus M100 trailer fenders back in the day to make a rear fender for a CJ2, 3 or M38.
Can anyone varify this? Anyone out there with a stock M38/CJ3 and a M100 trailer and willing to go measure the radius of the rear wheel arch of the Jeep and the trailer fender?
