No those I'll pull best I can, drill a little then use hydraulic cement to fill them with, then cover with dryloc. Then the bottom 3 feet will be roofers cement, and fire/ice rubber shield.
Then the walk behind compactor I bought goes to work.
Then above the fire/ice "center line" I will start my curtain drain.
