Yes we have had plenty of issues in the manufacture of these but they are coming and will be well worth the wait. The knuckle balls are forged and machined. The HS arms are a 6 stud setup that will take TRE's or Rod Ends.

And yes, I have read all about the fabricated knuckles. If you wish to pre-pay for someone else's R&D please feel free. We do not take pre-payments or down payments. If we did we would be in deep shit due to all the issues we have run into but we don't so do not imply that we are keeping people waiting. Any company that takes pre-payment is doing you a disservice and taking advantage of you by using your money to build a product they have never produced!

Alright all ready! We purchased Hellfire Fab 2 years ago and thought it would be an easy transition doing the mods it took to make them perfect. I could not have been so far from the truth! And these are made entirely in the USA!

We have had a ton of problems with design changes and machine shops but have fought through it for long enough. They are ready!

Some of the changes have been simple, some have been seriously challenging, some have required designing completely new tools to get the job done and keep the cost under control. Whatever it took we pressed on and finally came to the conclusion we wanted!

These are better than the factory knuckles by more than a little! Substantially stronger and a high steer that works with 6 stud retention. Those 6 studs are also much stronger than stock and easier to find if you break one because they are Dana 60 studs. Stronger and less expensive! All come with a 25mm bearing upgrade. Tapered for FJ80 TRE's so they are easy to taper out to a GM 1 ton TRE or drill out for heim steering. Set screw shimless preload adjustment. Lower cap with countersunk bolts.

The lower caps will be welded Monday morning and shipping will commence Monday afternoon! We have 82 people on the list and I'm sure some have decided to go another route after we kept them waiting so long but all spots will be served in the order received. We are getting these at the rate of 16 pair a week from the machinist and the next set of castings have already been ordered but give us a call asap to get yours!

Funny you mention paying for R&D since I feel like that's what I did. I have a product that is not 100% functional as it was advertised.

Im still wondering if the new arms will clear 7/8s hiems and if you plan on replacing the arms that don't?

When we purchased Hellfire we also assumed responsibility for any changes needed. We did not assume liability but we will correct anything we can to make it right for you.

Also keep it in mind that WE did not take any money before we made these, the cost of them is all on me and to a pretty big chunk of change by now!

Billy did an excellent job getting these made in the first place but was the first to admit he wasn't an engineer or machinist, he was a person that saw a need and tried to fill it to the best of his abilities. They were an evolving product but that evolution has come to an end.

If you wish to continue and purchase yours from Front Range feel free but we will not refund any monies we never received. We will make it right though, as much as that takes.

We sent an email notification to the 82 people on the list yesterday. Ryan has been managing the list since the beginning and tells me he got a pretty large response this morning but if you wanted them he is sending another email tomorrow giving you all 7 days to contact us to get your pair out of the first batch.

If you still want them but cannot get them today let him know and he will add you to a list for the next batch (they are already being cast!).

BTW, these are all only made with the lower caps and 25mm bearings at no additional cost to you. Not for an additional $200

100% made in the USA!

And yes if you were wondering, "The Future is Now" but in the way it should be made and not a hodgepodge of parts and pieces for more money

No you don't need your bottom arms for caps, ours come with them!

Dan, r the tie rod holes spread far enough to accept 1ton tie rods? I know the 1st gen arms weren't spaced far enough making the tie rod housings come in contact when steering locked to the driver's.

would like some solutions to my knuckles & arms if that's an option.

1)need lip machined out so that birfield can slide in the spindle side, I don't want to have to do the camo method for trail fixes.

2)hardware for my current arms is too short
3)when can I buy your guys updated arms because mine look like complete dog shit, looks like someone cut them out with an oxy/acet torch

4) how can one check to see if axle centricity & caliper alignment is going an issue like some people were having

Will do tomorrow(5/2), thanks for the quick response. Getting closer to building the front axle out and need to get this situation handled before the truck goes in for the front 3-link.
